About Us

As an outreach ministry of Clear Waters Life Center, Mustard Seed Homes is a faith-based, 12-month, residential men's program that provides training in a safe environment to maintain sobriety, stabilize mental health, and transition to independence. We focus on development in two areas: life skills and vocational/occupational training. Life skills include budgeting, planning and preparing nutritious meals, time management, and personal health through exercise. Vocational and occupational training includes two to five hours of adult education weekly, experience in building construction, using a commercial kitchen, furniture repair, janitorial services, helping in a greenhouse & garden center, and retail.
MSH is funded in part with Housing Support and supportive services from the Department of Human Services. Applicants who meet DHS requirements can complete this program with no personal cost.
