Mustard Seed Homes is a faith-based, residential equipping program whose goal is to encourage and support individuals to achieve their goals of becoming independent successful members of the community.
IMPORTANT: As you complete the application, it is important to answer all the questions truthfully. Some things in your past may be difficult or painful to share, but it is essential for us to understand your personal history in order for us to achieve your goals.
